What we build, and for whom
Pouncer is an AI assistant that answers new property leads for brokers, broker teams and small builders. It replies on WhatsApp within seconds, calls the buyer back in Kannada, Hindi or English, asks about budget, location, BHK and timeline, books the site visit into your calendar and sends you a summary with the call recording. It works with leads from 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Meta lead ads, your website form and missed calls.
It is sold as a managed service: we set it up with you, and you can start with a free 14-day pilot. The home page shows how it works, and the pages for builders and for broker teams explain how it fits each kind of business.
How we work
The assistant always says it is an automated assistant calling for you, and a buyer who asks for a person is handed to you straight away. We only contact buyers who enquired with you, and only about that enquiry. A buyer who says stop is never contacted again.
You own your leads and buyer data. We use them only to answer your enquiries, never sell them, and delete buyer data within 30 days after you stop using Pouncer. The Privacy policy has the details.
How we write
Everything on this site follows four rules, and we would rather publish less than break them.
- Every figure is sourced. Each number in an article links to where it came from, with its date. Foreign data is labelled as foreign, and vendor figures are labelled as vendor figures and given as ranges.
- Demo data is called demo data. Our walkthroughs use a demo business and a demo buyer, and say so at the top.
- Customer stories need written consent. We publish a customer's story only after they have agreed in writing to what it says. We have none to publish yet.
- No invented numbers, quotes or reviews. If we have not measured something, we say so. The Bengaluru property enquiry response study is how we are measuring what nobody has published.
When we find a mistake, we correct it and change the article's "Updated" date. We do not change that date for typo fixes.
